HR Manager (m/f/d) Global Industry Segment

Job Description

  • Partnering with the Industry Segment client group and provide advice and solutions related to all HR matters (recruitment, retention, performance, conflict management)
  • Conducting annual People Processes (Performance & Reward, Development, Culture & Engagement etc.) for the Industry Segment
  • Leverage and support related global initiatives such as HRIS implementation, action global employee surveys etc.
  • Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition Team and support Recruiting process with the recruitment intake, interviews and offer management
  • Drive employment value proposition and branding to continuously attract and hire great people

Qualifications

  • Degree level (Bachelor, Master) in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business Administration or advanced vocational studies (Personalfachfrau/Personalfachmann)
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a HR Generalist/ HR Business Partner role
  • Experience in managing global projects, working with Senior Management in a lean and agile set-up
  • Solid knowledge of Swiss Labor law is a must
  • Ability to form strong professional relationships and build trust on all levels
  • Strong communication skills in English and German is a must
